How to Write Happy

July 21, 2015 By Martha Alderson

How to Write Happy

happy

I recently tweeted:

“Steer clear of anyone who dampens your enthusiasm for writing,”

and received back:

“How do I steer clear of me?”

So incredibly sad and heartbreakingly true, which is why I’ve been creating and filming and offering the Beta-membership for the Spiritual Guide for Writers: Secrets of Personal Transformation.

Every writer, creative person, entrepreneur, everyone experiences highs and lows in life. 99.95% of the lows are self-inflicted. Yes, we all dampen our own enthusiasm for writing, for trying new things, for taking risks, for accepting challenges, for finding value in every obstacle. The trick is to learn how to write happy.

My goal in offering the video program and in writing to book Secrets of Personal Transformation: A Spiritual Guide is to change the way you view your life as a place of conflict and confusion to one of breakthrough and meaning. And let me tell you, the process of creating this program out of the writer side of The Plot Whisperer: Secrets of Story Structure Any Writer Can Master and the transformational workshops and consultations I’ve led has taken me much longer and been much more challenging than I had plotted out initially. Now, nearly at the end, I can feel the effects the opposition presented in the middle have had on me personally.

Spiritual Guide for Writers: Secrets of Personal Transformation guides you through the 22 steps that make up a spiritual journey. Every step reveals yet another secret of the Universal Story to burn off the old, align with your spirit and draw you ever nearer to your own personal transformation and true happiness. The program is based on the belief that you are not changed through your successes. Disasters and crisis, adversity and loss, disappointment and hurt define your potential to transform.

The steps and exercises are intended to help you get out of your own way and how to write happy. The program is meant to uplift your enthusiasm for your writing and your life and to renew your belief in the miraculous…
